Title: UPBRINGING OF PHYSICAL QUALITIES OF SCHOOLGIRLS IN SPORTS WORK

Abstract: The role of the game method in the formation of physical qualities in schoolgirls -14-15 years old, studying senior management of general education organizations is considered. The point criteria of physical load in the education of physical qualities in schoolgirls are grounded, which include: the time parameters of the game in the education of physical qualities, the development of energy supply mechanisms, the planning of physical activity, the corresponding rest intervals, a certain restoring time interval. It is noted that the functional state of students is individual and is determined by the periods of the academic year, the time of day and the mode of the day. It is concluded that the game method gives the exercise an effective rationality, dynamism, prevents the performance of suboptimal physical activity in physical culture and sports work
