"I always wanted to make the school interesting"


D. M. a new academic year Approaches. Worried?
T. V. to Call this feeling of excitement is hard, it's familiar. There wasn't a single year when there were not projects that I want to bring to life.
D. M. You, it helps that there are parents who once studied You, and now bring their children?
T. V. Yes. We conduct among our students research and make sure that the main channel of replenish our recommendations are contingent, learning experiences of friends, relatives, and acquaintances.
D. M. Changing life, technology, standards. How these changes affect the educational process?
T. V. From the classical models of education : a lecture-seminar – set-off – we have long departed. For several years work in project-based learning experience Tolyattinskoy Academy of management. In project week develop not only academic projects, but also projects for businesses and company Directors, customers attend the project presentations. And since 2013 working on a major project that we are in a special competition among universities ordered the company "Aeroflot". Developed concept of public tenders for the execution of research involving a large number of students to run a real business project.
The Institute has developed new areas of training: "Basic managerial competences", "cluchey successful person".
Organized practice of students in Austria, Turkey, Greece, China, in Crimea.
D. M. Three years ago, You opened a secondary school "7 keys" at the Institute. Why did You decide to do it?
T. V. I trained to be a school teacher, and I always wanted to do another school, interesting, new things to be really, big, beautiful, modern. Did, when the opportunity arose.
D. M. In the Institute publishes scientific-methodical journal "Contemporary higher school: innovative aspects". What value it has for the Institute?
T. V. The magazine plays a significant role in shaping the image of RBIM. One of its tasks is the positive positioning of the University in the educational market.
