Title: Readiness for innovative activity as an element of training a modern specialist

Abstract: The concepts of «readiness» and «innovation » are discussed to clarify the concept of «readiness for innovative activity» in relation to the system of higher professional education. The basic principles which should be based on formation of readiness for innovative activity are described.
