Abstract: The topical problem of forming school graduate marketability is discussed. The features of school graduate marketability are defined to find the integral marketability index on the basis of marketability components: motivation and values, social roles, personal diagnostics and reflection. The proposed system of assessment parameters of higher school graduate marketability includes groups of indexes and marketability qualities as well there specific weight. In finding the degree of formation of higher school graduate marketability the monitoring methods and employers opinion are the main focus.
