Abstract: The problem of ensuring the higher level of preparedness for future professional work via lower impact of ambiguity of external environment and transfer of the education system in proactive training state is solved. Creation of complex global education networks is viewed as a main way to achieve high quality professional training. Experience of the International Institute of Design and Service in training Bachelors for hospitality industry is presented. Best practices of innovative educational programs development are analyzed. Principles of training staff for hospitality industry under WorldSkills standards are substantiated.
