Title: REMOTE EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES IN TRAINING OF EDUCATION MANAGERS: RISKS AND PROSPECTS

Abstract: The article discusses issues related to the problems of remote support of the educational process (DSOP) in the preparation of education managers. In particular, the basic trends in the digitalization of education are presented in the context of describing the prospects and risk factors. The principles that, according to the authors, should be laid in the foundation for the training of education managers in the conditions of DSOP are analyzed. It is recommended, when preparing education managers in the conditions of DSOP, to carry out the process of formation of innovative thinking through the combination of «hard skills» – a set of professional knowledge and experience and «soft skills» – a set of non-specialized, but essential for a career over professional skills.
